Ken is the absolute best to work with. As a first time home buyer who had a lot of questions and worries, Ken proved to be patient, educational, and most importantly a fantastic communicator. He guided our home buying process but was never pushy. It genuinely felt like he was committed to getting us into the right home for us within our budget. We closed on our dream home within less than a month from first touring it, and I know he was a big part in helping make that happen so quickly and smoothly.

Ken went above and beyond as our realtor.  I met him at an open house and did not have a realtor at the time.  His friendly genuine nature was clear and gave a warm first impression.  He offered to help me with the search in a kind manner that didn’t feel pushy and then called me a couple days later to follow up.  He offered to get me showings to anything I had seen and did quick leg work so we could seamlessly start the search.  He and Deanna were truly enjoyable and easy to go on the hunt with for a home.  He was very flexible and helped get the information we needed promptly and stayed on top of communication with the other agents and with us.  Even after the sale of the home he has been a great resource for reputable vendors in town that provide various home services.  He has steered us in good directions all around.
